Gala Kompusys provides professional hardware integration, technical wiring, network configuration, and setup deployment services. We act as independent integration contractors and suppliers of globally branded hardware equipment. Product warranties are governed by the respective hardware manufacturers.

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our integration services, you agree that:

• You will provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation premises at the agreed-upon dates and times.
• You will ensure appropriate local authority permissions are obtained for camera placements or network cabling wiring layouts.
• You will pay our procurement, installation, and support fees according to the agreed payment milestones on your commercial quotation.
• You will not tamper with, modify, or perform third-party repairs on the configured equipment during the local service warranty period.

3. Limitation of Liability

Gala Kompusys makes every effort to install and configure systems securely. However, we are not liable for:

• Network outages, bandwidth drops, or signal drops caused by your third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• Firmware modifications, security patches, or service terminations implemented by global device manufacturers.
• Property damage, security breaches, or system failures caused by unauthorized customer tampering or local power fluctuations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, custom graphics, and layout structures, is the intellectual property of Gala Kompusys and is protected by relevant copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Gala Kompusys reserves the right, without bias, to suspend or terminate service contracts with any client who breaches these terms, defaults on payment schedules, or restricts technician access to active install sites.
